Bell Motivator

This Bell Motivator comes with a resistance wheel that you will be taking off. You will replace it with a generator adapter plate. You are responsible for reading & following the instructions that come with the trainer stand on how to properly install your bike.

NOTE: These exercise stands are designed to work with bicycles that have this type of quick release skewer rear wheel axle:

If your bicycle does not have a quick release axle like this one, and has a rear axle with nuts on the ends, the best you can do is to grind down your axle nuts so they are tapered and have cone shape like the ends shown on the axle in the photo above. Beware.
